I had an appointment at 11:00. I was walking up to my appointment at 11:00 and recieved a call that Helen was running late and to come at 11:30. I arrived at 11:30 and then waited for another 20minites. I did not have start appointment now until 50 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. I know quite a few woman who come here because their appointments are not on time and make the customer wait. Today it happened to me. These woman wont come back because of this. I will give it one more try and see if it happens to again.
